Welcome to the Teacher Resources area of the Play’n’Learn Website.

At Play’n’Learn, we know that teachers have the collective knowledge they need to be creative and effective teachers for the many young people they are helping to educate. For a lot of these teachers it is not knowledge which restricts them, but rather time pressures.

This is why we aim to provide teachers with extra free resources and ideas that save time and make your job easier. We are always looking for new ideas too, so if you would like to give us some feedback simply click here to make contact!

We’ve carefully considered the informal feedback teachers have shared with us, saying that some of their major challenges included:

a lack of sufficient time for planning, resourcing and recording information
feeling “drowned” in paperwork
lacking opportunities to network sufficiently with other teachers
a lack of ‘mind space’ and energy for synthesis thinking and innovation at the end of the day
finding ways to ask better questions, to draw out students’ thinking
